Step2: In an oiled casserole, scatter melting cheese and Parmesan. Pour the blended mixture over the cheese layer and place the entire dish inside a bigger pan filled with hot water.

Step3: Move the pan, with the casserole dish into a preheated oven of 350° F. Bake the quiche for about half an hour.

Step 1: Put puréed pumpkin, veggie stock, onion, garlic, nutmeg and ginger into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil. Let it simmer for half an hour.

Step 2: Purée the soup until smooth and bring it back to the stove to a boil before lowering it to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream slowly until fully incorporated.
