1. Wash and rinse 4 to 6 pieces of deboned, skinless chicken thighs. Set it aside.
2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, thyme, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Put in the chicken pieces, and rub for a minute or two.
