Blend of Bites may earn money through affiliate links. This page explains what that means in plain English, so you can make informed choices.

Blend of Bites is operated by Qwayk LLC.

1) Plain-English summary

Sometimes we link to products or services we mention. If you click one of those links and then buy something, we may earn a commission.

  • You do not pay extra because of affiliate links.
  • Affiliate income helps support the site (including testing recipes and keeping content free).

In short: you get the same price, and we may earn a small commission if the purchase is tracked back to our link.

2) Amazon Associates

Blend of Bites is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Amazon may use cookies or similar technologies to track referrals and attribute commissions. Anything that happens on Amazon is governed by Amazon’s own policies.

3) Other affiliate programs

We may also participate in other affiliate programs. The idea is the same: if you click a link and buy something, we may earn a commission.

4) Sponsored content, gifted products, and other “material connections”

Sometimes we may receive compensation or free products/services (for example, a gifted kitchen tool) and then mention or review that product.

When this happens, we disclose it clearly (for example, “sponsored,” “paid partnership,” or “gifted”).

Our goal is to be transparent so you can make informed choices.

5) How disclosures appear on posts (FTC “clear and conspicuous”)

This page is a general disclosure. We also disclose affiliate relationships inside relevant posts, where readers will see it before clicking an affiliate link.

In practice, that means:

  • a short disclosure near the top of a post that contains affiliate links, and
  • clear labeling of sponsored content when applicable.

6) Email and “offline” content

We may send newsletters with recommendations. For Amazon Associates compliance, we avoid placing Amazon affiliate links directly in emails, PDFs, or other “offline” formats. When we reference products, we typically link to a page on our Site that contains the full context and any affiliate links.
