How to Make Dandelion Tincture

Ingredients

Dandelion flowers and roots — 1 cup.

Vodka — enough to fill the jar.

1. Pick dandelion flowers and roots, and place them in a mason jar.

2. Fill the jar with vodka, making sure the flowers and roots are completely submerged.

3. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for at least two months.

4. After two months, strain the tincture through a cheesecloth or coffee filter.

5. Pour the tincture into a clean jar and store it in a cool, dark place.
