Salmon Pasta Recipe

Easy, Delicious, and Healthy

Ingredients

Salmon filets — 2 pcs., preferably skinless.

Part 1

White wine — ½ cup, optional.

Heavy cream — ½ cup.

Salt — ¼ tsp.

Black pepper — ¼ tsp.

Ingredients

Pasta — ½ pound, preferably long string type.

Part 2

Butter — 2 tbsp.

Olive oil — 1 tbsp.

Parsley — ¼ cup, chopped.

Parmesan cheese — ¼ cup, grated.

Instructions

1. Bring a pot of water to the boiling point, add pasta, salt, and butter.

2. Cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente.

3. Remove from the pot, drain, and set aside.

4. Sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic in heated olive oil in a pan.

5. Optional — add the white wine and stir well for a few minutes.

6. Add the heavy cream and parsley, with salt and pepper to taste.

7. Optional — add quick melt, Parmesan, or Edam cheese.

8. Season the salmon with Italian seasoning or rosemary and thyme.

9. Slow-cook salmon in heated olive oil, and make sure that both sides are golden brown.

10. Add salmon to the sauce, and mix it with pasta.

11. Serve hot!

The pasta — For this recipe, we recommend going with a long-string pasta. Feel free to choose any type — be it spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine.
