How to substitute wine?

If you prefer cooking without wine and are looking for a substitute, you have a wide spectrum of choices. For this recipe, we swapped white wine for chicken broth. You can also opt for vegetable broth.

How to choose the right shrimp?

Jumbo size with 16-20 counts is the ideal way to do this. Although you will still end up with a delicious dish in your hands regardless of the amount or size.

What are the best pairings?

One of the classical, go-to pairings for shrimp scampi is garlic bread. Crusty, pungent, and spicy garlic bread will take your experience to another level. Another option would be pasta.
