Mac and cheese
Cook the mac and cheese just how you like it, then pop it into a blender with a dash of warm milk. Blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
Boil the cauliflower until soft then chop it up into pieces before putting it into the blender along with some of the boiling water and a knob of butter.
Chop the meatloaf into pieces and pour beef stock before blending. Once completely smooth add fine cracker meal. Serve it with gravy and mash.
Sauté chopped onion in butter. Transfer it into a blender, along with milk, heavy cream and an egg. Blend until all the ingredients are fully mixed.
In an oiled casserole, scatter melting cheese and Parmesan. Pour the blended mixture over the cheese layer and place the entire dish inside a bigger pan filled with hot water.
Move the pan, with the casserole dish into a preheated oven of 350° F. Bake the quiche for about half an hour.
Put puréed pumpkin, veggie stock, onion, garlic, nutmeg and ginger into a pot and bring it to a rolling boil. Let it simmer for half an hour.
Purée the soup until smooth and bring it back to the stove to a boil before lowering it to a simmer. Stir in heavy cream slowly until fully incorporated.
