- 2 cups kale
- 1 pc. apple preferably Fuji
- 1 pc. cucumber chopped
- 1 pc. lemon peeled
- 5 pcs. ice cubes
- 1 cup water
Clean the ingredients to remove any dust or dirt.
Add kale, apple, cucumber, lemon, and water to the blender.
Blend at high speed until smooth.
Strain the mixture into a jar or a jug.
