Cook the fries according to package instructions. We recommend deep frying in heated oil until they become crisp.
Place the fries on paper towels and let them drain. Set the fries aside.
Pour heavy cream into a skillet and heat it for about 10 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook for a few minutes.
Then, add the grated cheese, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well on low-medium heat.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil and butter.
Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until opaque.
Divide the French fries into two 18.6 oz baking dishes (preferably), and put the shrimps on top of them.
Pour the creamy sauce on top, evenly.
