Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz. vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz. Passoa
  • ½ oz. lime juice
  • ½ oz. vanilla syrup optional
  • 2 oz. sparkling wine
  • Slices of passion fruit
  • Ice few cubes

Instructions
 

  • Start by freezing your cocktail glasses for a bit.
  • Put a handful of ice cubes in your shaker.
  • Combine all the other ingredients except the sparkling wine in the shaker.
  • Shake it vigorously for forty seconds.
  • Strain the mixture into the cold cocktail glasses.
  • Top with a few drops of Prosecco.
  • Garnish with a thin slice of passion fruit.
  • Serve with a shot of cold sparkling wine.
