Stir the flour, butter, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a mixing bowl.
Mix well until there are no lumps visible, and the texture is smooth.
Then, add the water and vegetable oil, and mix well.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Then, cut the dough into eight even pieces.
Roll each piece until it has become thin, and set it aside for now.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry each piece one by one.
Make sure that the edges turn golden. Flip every once in a while so that both sides are evenly cooked.
