Add the ground meat, break it into pieces, and cook until brown.
Drain the excess fat.
Rinse and dry the vegetables.
Add them to the pot. Cook until soft.
Pour some tomato paste into the pot. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Stir until combined.
If you find your mixture a bit thick, add a glass of water.
Then add brown sugar, dry mustard, and chili powder.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Toast the kaiser rolls, adding some butter to them.
