Cheddar’s Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 package spinach 10 oz.
- 1 package cream cheese 8 oz.
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 ½ cups Monterey Jack cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. garlic minced
- ¼ cup onion finely diced
- 1 pc. jalapeno pepper chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Add half-and-half and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix well until combined.
- Add salt, pepper, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic, onion, and jalapeno.
- Stir well, and then add the chopped spinach.
- Cover and cool for an hour.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking pan and bake for 30 minutes. The top should be bubbly.

- Drain — Make sure to drain the excess liquid from your dip before serving, especially if it has been stored in the fridge or freezer.
- Serving — A good dip should be served properly. While sour cream (if you hadn’t used it already as a substitution for cream cheese) pairs great with spinach dip, you might also want to consider crackers, chips, quesadillas, and pretzels.
