Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc. jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1 pc. bell pepper chopped
  • ½ cup onion chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black-eyed peas drained and rinsed
  • 1 ½ cups tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • Mix well until combined.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
