Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 cups parmesan cheese shredded
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 box spinach frozen
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts chopped
  • 16 oz. garlic alfredo sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt the butter in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  • Add the sauce to the pot.
  • Add the spinach to the mix and cook on low-medium heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, and sour cream.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the spinach mix with the cheese mix.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover.
  • Bake for half an hour.
  • Remove the cover and top with the remaining half of the parmesan cheese.
