Melt the butter in a pot. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the sauce to the pot.
Add the spinach to the mix and cook on low-medium heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, half of the parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, and sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the spinach mix with the cheese mix.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover.
Bake for half an hour.
Remove the cover and top with the remaining half of the parmesan cheese.
