Ingredients
  

  • 2 ⅔ cups rolled oats divided
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut flakes unsweetened
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions
 

  • Grind half of the oats, using a blender.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the rest of the oats with the blended ones, salt, and coconut flakes.
  • In another bowl, mix the agave syrup, coconut oil, and butter. Mix well.
  • Combine the two mixtures, and mix well.
  • Add the chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and freeze it for a few hours.
  • Cut it into squares.
