  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup chocolate ice cream
  • 4 cubes ice
  • cup Herbalife Formula 1

Instructions
 

  • Crush the ice cubes in your blender.
  • Mix the ice cream to make it easier to blend.
  • Add the crushed ice cubes, chocolate ice cream, milk, and Herbalife F1 to your blender.
  • Blend for half a minute until all the ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
