Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound chicken boneless and skinless
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • 5-10 pcs. cherry tomatoes
  • 1 pc. cucumber chopped
  • 1 pc. red bell pepper sliced
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Yogurt optional

Instructions
 

  • Dice the chicken into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix well.
  • Cover and transfer to your fridge for a few hours.
  • Add the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper on a plate.
  • Remove the chicken from your fridge.
  • Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken.
  • Cook the chicken on low-medium heat, for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the cooked chicken to your salad plate with the sauce.
  • You could also add yogurt to the mix, either combining it with the other seasoning or separately.
