Dice the chicken into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce, lemon juice, and vinegar. Mix well.
Cover and transfer to your fridge for a few hours.
Add the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, salt, and pepper on a plate.
Remove the chicken from your fridge.
Heat some oil in a pan and add the chicken.
Cook the chicken on low-medium heat, for about 5 minutes.
Add the cooked chicken to your salad plate with the sauce.
You could also add yogurt to the mix, either combining it with the other seasoning or separately.
