Ingredients
  

  • 5 tsp. water
  • 1 pc. lemon juice large
  • cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 can chickpeas 15 oz. and cooked

Instructions
 

  • Add salt, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, and chickpeas, and blend well in a high-speed blender.
  • Blend everything with the blender's baton until it's very smooth.
  • When mixing, gradually add water until you reach the required thickness.
  • Scoop the Hummus Tahini into a serving plate.
  • Serve it warm with your snacks, vegetables, or pita.
