Ingredients
  

  • 4 pcs. bananas ripe
  • ¼ tsp. baking soda
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • ¼ tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 pcs. eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mash the bananas using a handheld mixer.
  • Lightly grease the loaf pan.
  • Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and sugar. Whisk well.
  • Add the eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  • Mix well. The consistency should be smooth without any visible lumps.
  • Add the cinnamon and pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes.
  • Let your dish rest for a few minutes when taking it out.
