- 3 cloves garlic

- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 2 tsp. Goya Adobo seasoning
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ pounds kirt steak
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 pc. bell pepper
- 4 pcs. flour tortilla
First, cut the skirt steak into thin, long slices. Place onto an airtight container and set aside.
Mix the first seven ingredients in a jar to make the marinade for the steak.
Coat the steak with the marinade. Leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for 1-3 hours.
Chop the green onions.
Thinly cut the bell pepper into strips.
Warm up an iron cast skillet.
Add the marinated meat strips to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
