Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ pc. lemon juice
  • 10 sprigs fresh chives very finely chopped (1 tbsp. for serving)
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk or an electric mixer. Work until you get a homogeneous consistency.
  • Put the condiment in an airtight container and set it for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Divide the sauce into serving portions. Serve with chopped fresh chives on top.
