Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the crackers and spices in a food processor and grind them.
Transfer the crackers mixture to a mixing bowl.
Use a meat pounder to pound the chicken breast. Then, cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise, to obtain pieces of approximately half-inch thickness.
Add the sour cream to another mixing bowl.
Dip the chicken in the sour cream and then in the crackers mixture.
Place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Use a knife to cut the butter into equal small cubes.
Top each chicken piece with butter.
Bake for about 40-45 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, pesto, or garlic mayonnaise for dipping.
