Before getting strawberries and ice cubes from the freezer, make your food processor or blender ready to work. Ensure the food processor/blender is suitable for processing ice cubes.
Put frozen strawberries and ice cubes in the food processor/blender container and pulse in short intervals. When they resemble a crumbly appearance, add protein powder, xanthan gum, and almond milk. Pulse until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Put the ice cream mixture into a freezer container. You can also divide it into ice cream molds.
If you are serving it immediately, divide it into serving bowls and garnish it with fresh berries of your choice.

Notes
When you make ice cubes for this recipe, sprinkle a pinch of chia seeds into each cube and then pour in the water. If you want them to look glossy, it’s best to use hot water for ice-making. Freeze it, and you’ll have ice cubes not only looking luxurious but also bringing another healthy element to the table.
Try enriching the basic anabolic ice cream recipe by adding layers of color and flavor. Add unsweetened cocoa powder, oats, nuts, and frozen greens, or crumble your favorite protein bar into the mixture.
