In a blender, add the tomatoes, garlic cloves, chicken broth water, and onion. Blend it until a smooth consistency is formed. Strain it with a strainer. Place it aside.
Cook the shell pasta in preheated oil for almost five minutes. When cooked, strain and set it aside to cool down.
In the same pot, cook the chopped vegetables. Then add the ground beef and all the other seasonings. Cook it until browned.
Now add the pasta and tomato broth you prepared earlier. Cook it on low flame until the pasta is fully cooked.
Top the pasta with cilantro, lime juice, and avocado. Serve hot.
