Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. plum sake
  • 1 oz. water
  • 5-6 pcs. ice cubes
  • 2 oz. coconut water
  • 2 oz. desert pear syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, add ice cubes, syrup, and sake. Shake it well to combine all the ingredients.
  • After the ingredients have been combined, add coconut water and water. Give it another good shake for the ingredients to combine.
  • Take a cocktail glass, add some ice cubes to chill the cocktail, and then pour the mixture into it.
  • Garnish the cocktail by placing a lime wedge on the rim of your glass or any way you want.
  • Serve cold.
