Preheat the oven to about 350 degrees F. While the oven is heating, season your shrimp using black pepper and salt, and place it aside.
Take a pan and melt half of the butter in it and then cook the paprika and garlic until they get aromatic. Then, add the seasoned shrimp and cook them until they get brown.
Mix all of the ingredients except the salmon and old bay seasoning in a bowl. This will be the stuffing for the salmon.
Season the salmon using old bay seasoning, pepper, and salt. Place a salmon filet on a baking tray and cover the top with the stuffing you prepared then place another filet over it and brush it with the remaining butter. Bake the filets for twenty minutes. Then take the tray out and add a layer of stuffing over the salmon, and bake for another five minutes.
Garnish the stuffed salmon before serving.

Notes
Keep a close eye on the shrimp while cooking, as they cook in no time and can overcook.
To save time, make the stuffing beforehand.
Don't forget to garnish the stuffed salmon with some herbs or lemon wedges for extra flavor.
