For assembly
Before assembling the pudding, crumble the vanilla wafers, and then mix the banana slices with yogurt and lemon juice in another bowl and set them aside.
Whip the moonshine, cream, and sugar using a mixer.
Finally, take a parfait glass. Add a layer of custard, then vanilla wafers and sliced bananas. Repeat it two more times, and then top it with the prepared whipped cream.
Let the pudding chill for four hours and serve.
