In a large bowl, combine 3 tbsp. of butter, milk, and honey, ensuring the honey is fully dissolved. Add the salt, yeast, egg, and flour, and mix thoroughly until the batter is smooth.
Spoon the batter into greased Bundt pans.
Cover with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap, then allow the batter to rise for 30 minutes.
Once risen, place the pans in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Test the rolls for doneness with a toothpick.
Prepare the frosting by combining the remaining butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, and sugar in a medium bowl.
After baking the rolls, allow them to cool before applying the frosting to each roll.
