Ingredients
  

  • 1 pc. avocado ripe
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tsp. Everything Bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mash the avocado until smooth in a mixing bowl.
  • Drizzle some lemon juice on top, along with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toast your bread.
  • Spread the avocado equally on both sides of your bread.
  • Season both sides with Everything Bagel seasoning.

  • Choose the right avocado — It is best advised to go with a ripe, fresh avocado. Not only that it will last longer, but it is likely to produce a higher quality toast.
