Set your oven to 400 degrees.
Combine the honey, mayonnaise, soy sauce, sour cream, and Sriracha in a mixing bowl.
Mix to combine.
To cook the rice, heat some oil in a large pot. Add the rice with water.
Bring to a boil and let it simmer until tender. It should take less than half an hour.
Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in another bowl.
Work the meat to create approximately 15 meatballs.
Transfer the meatballs to a baking sheet with the green beans and some oil.
Roast until tender and brown, which should take about 15 minutes.
Serve in bowls, along with rice.
