Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound halibut filets skinless
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp. salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 400 degrees.
  • Combine all of the ingredients except the halibut filets in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir the mixture until smooth.
  • Gently brush your fish with the mixture, and follow by placing the fish on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot!

Notes

  • The fish — Although halibut is as tasty as fish gets, we wouldn’t really recommend using frozen ones. You could get away with using frozen halibut, but fresh ones are always better.
 
  • The baking — You would be fine baking the halibut for fifteen minutes. You should check if the fish is completely transparent if you are unsure if it is done.
