In a mixing bowl, combine all the chicken ingredients except for the wings.
Mix to combine.
Season your chicken wings with the spice mixture.
Transfer the chicken wings onto a baking sheet.
Cook for half an hour.
Flip the wings and cook for another half an hour.
While the chicken is cooking, add the sauce ingredients to a pan. Mix well.
Heat the sauce mixture and cook for about 10 minutes.
Serve the wings in a bowl and toss the sauce to coat.

Marinade — After seasoning your chicken wings with the Hennessy sauce mix, we recommend marinating them for a half hour before placing them in the oven.
Use a rack — If you’d like to have your Hennessy wings crispier and you’re actually up to doing some extra work for it, you should absolutely consider cooking the chicken wings on a rack. This makes a whole lot of difference when it comes to crispiness.
