Ingredients
  

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pc. egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Burger buns as needed
  • 1 pound ground turkey

Instructions
 

  • Combine the first six ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until combined.
  • Then, add the ground turkey to the mix.
  • Mix gently until combined, so that the meal will not fall apart.
  • Divide the burger mixture into four equal pieces and form your patties.
  • Heat the olive oil in your pan.
  • Transfer the burgers to the pan, and cook for five minutes per side. Cook an additional minute or two for medium-well done.
  • Serve the patties in burger buns.

  • The ground turkey — Keep in mind that ground turkey, by its nature, is fragile and it’s prone to breaking apart easily. To avoid ending up with a mess on your hands, keep in mind to combine the burger mixture gently and swiftly.
