Set your oven to 370 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine the brown sugar with butter in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
Add the eggs and the vanilla extract to the same bowl. Again, beat until smooth.
Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Beat until smooth.
Transfer the batter to the baking sheet, using your cookie scoop.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let the cookies rest for 5 minutes before serving.
