Instructions
Put hot water in a mixing bowl. Add the Jello powder. Stir until the Jello completely dissolves and becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Add vodka to the mixture and stir.
Insert a shot syringe into the mixture and pull the plunger up until you fill the syringe. Repeat with the remaining syringes.
Keep the syringes lying flat on a container. Store them in the refrigerator for at least four hours for the Jello to solidify.
For serving, divide the ice cubes into tall glasses or serving bowls and place the syringes.

For a more stylish presentation, you can make two colored syringes. If you are going to add extra color to your Jello shot syringes, here are the steps to follow:
Prepare the first batch of Jello shots. Insert the syringe into the mixture and pull the plunger until the syringe is half full. Store in the fridge until the liquid solidifies.
Make the second batch with a different colored Jello package.
Pull the plungers out of the syringes you made in the first batch.
Take a syringe and insert it into the second mix. Pour the liquid over the solidified Jello. Put the plungers back. Store the syringes in the fridge for another three hours.
