Set your oven to 350°F degrees and line a baking sheet.
Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, and egg in a bowl.
Mix until combined. We recommend using your hands.
Work the meat into bite-sized balls.
Place the meatballs on your baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, combine the lemon juice, chili sauce, and cranberry sauce in a slow cooker.
Transfer the meatballs, and toss to coat.
Set the heat to low until heated through, then steam throughout the night.
