Combine the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic in a mixing bowl.
Mix well.
Place the blackfin tuna steak in an airtight container and pour the marinade over.
Coat and seal.
Marinate for half an hour.
Heat some oil in a large pan.
Add the steaks, while removing the excess marinade.
Cook the steaks for two minutes per side.
