Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 pc. small onion minced
  • ½ pc. large bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Using a wide skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until they are nicely brown. Break and crumble the sausage as it cooks. This will take about 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the black pepper, bell pepper, paprika, garlic, and onion to a separate pan. Cook and wait until the vegetables are soft and cooked. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add the rice to the skillet and change the heat to low. Stir the rice, vegetables, and sausage, ensuring that everything is well combined. Season the dish with salt or add more spices if needed.
  • Serve the dish immediately or store it in an airtight package or container before placing it inside the refrigerator.

  • Garnish the final dish with freshly chopped green onions for more color and flavor. It can make the dish more appetizing and appealing to eat.
