Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound colossal shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • cup white wine
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions
 

  • Set your oven to 425°F degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Give the shrimp a good rinse in cold water.
  • Transfer the shrimp to your baking sheet, in a single layer if possible.
  • Combine the butter, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and white wine in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir the mixture until smooth.
  • Brush the shrimp with the butter mixture.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.

In that case, we’d recommend going for frozen shrimp, which usually boasts a high quality, unlike thawed shrimp.
