Instructions
Mix the onion powder, dried thyme, garam masala, turmeric, black pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
Place the frozen chicken tenders in the crock pot and drizzle them with the olive oil. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the chicken, coating them evenly.
Add the minced garlic and potatoes to the container.
Finally, add the chicken broth to the slow cooker.
Cover the machine's lid and cook on medium heat for 1.5 hours.
After 1.5 hours, add the baby carrots and peas. Cook on medium heat for another 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Once everything is cooked, serve the chicken tenders and vegetables on a platter or individual plates. Garnish with fresh coriander.
