Cajun Alfredo Sauce Recipe: Creamy, Smooth, and Delicious
This Cajun Alfredo sauce recipe makes an elegant, crowd-pleasing dish with great flexibility. You will find it delicious for a special occasion or a quick dinner served with pasta or chicken.
Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
While the pasta is cooking, melt some butter in a saucepan.
Add the shallot and the garlic. Sautee until brown, about a minute.
