  • 1 can (14 oz.) Canned tomatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp. Garlic minced
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp. Lime juice
  • 2 Roma tomatoes chopped
  • 2 Jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • cup Cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp. Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Add each ingredient to your food processor.
  • Blend until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed and the salsa has a smooth consistency.
  • Taste the salsa and adjust the seasoning accordingly. Add more salt and red pepper flakes if needed.
  • Transfer to an airtight container, and chill for half an hour before serving.
