Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Canned salmon 14 oz., drained and flaked
  • ½ cup Saltine crackers crushed
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. Black pepper
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Red bell peppers finely chopped
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • ½ tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine salmon, crackers, bell peppers, and onion in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
  • In another mixing bowl, combine the egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  • Combine the two mixtures in a single bowl and stir to combine.
  • Work the mixture using your hands and form multiple patties, about ½ inch thick.
  • Heat some olive oil in a hot skillet. Transfer the patties to the skillet.
  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Remove the patties from the heat and place them on a plate over paper towels to drain the excess oil.
  • Serve hot.
