Ingredients
  

  • cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ tbsp. Red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp. White vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Onion juice
  • 1 tbsp. Dried minced onion
  • 2 ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. Poppy seeds
  • ¾ tsp. Celery salt
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • tsp. Paprika powder
  • ¼ tsp. Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion powder
  • 2 ½ tsp. Dry mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 ½ tsp. Sesame oil
  • ½ cup Cold water

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together the ingredients in a large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, all the while constantly stirring.
  • Reduce the heat and let it simmer until thickened, which should take approximately five minutes.
  • Remove from the heat, cover, and chill overnight.
  • Transfer to a jar with a strong lid, where it will last for a month.
