Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Masarepa corn flour precooked
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cups Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable or canola oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix masarepa, water, milk, butter, and salt.
  • Stir in the Mozzarella cheese.
  • Form the dough into small patties.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
