Ingredients
  

  • ½ oz. vodka
  • ½ oz. peach schnapps
  • ½ oz. simple syrup
  • Ice few cubes
  • ½ oz. sour mix optional
  • ½ oz. lemonade optional
  • ½ tbsp. honey optional
  • White tea leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Add the vodka, peach schnapps, simple syrup, and sour mix into the shaker.
  • Optional — add honey.
  • Shake vigorously for approximately forty seconds.
  • Optional — garnish the shot glass with lime and white tea leaves.

Notes

  • Sour mix — While we recommend using a sour mix, lemonade makes a great substitute. Just mix the lemonade with sugar and water, and you’ll have a sour mix on your hands in no time. You can also opt for lime juice, grapefruit juice, or any kind of citrus juice you’d like.
 
  • The tea — The cocktail is named white tea shot because of its pale, white color, resembling the traditional Turkish drink raki or Sambuca. Although some recipes utilize white tea bags, we realize that the best version of this fine refreshment was the original one, which does not include tea.
