Equipment

  • 9” x 13” casserole dish
  • Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 5 pcs. bananas medium, for garnish
  • Milk
  • Whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Line the casserole dish with the vanilla wafers. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine instant vanilla pudding mix and milk. Whisk until it’s smooth and thick.
  • Add the whipped cream and stir well.
  • Carefully slice the bananas in rounds.
  • Place the sliced bananas on top of the wafers in the dish.
  • Pour the pudding mixture on the casserole, just enough to cover over the first layer.
  • Create the second layer in the same way.
  • Rinse and repeat the process, until you finish the ingredients.

Notes

  • The timing — Slice the bananas only when you are ready to use them. Otherwise, they will turn brown in no time. Here’s a tip. Dip the bananas in citrus juice so that they will not turn quickly.
 
  • Chill — This no-bake banana pudding tastes best when the pudding mix has been chilled the day before. Take your time and prepare the pudding mix a day before, and make sure it’s chilled.
