Shoney's Strawberry Pie Recipe
This is the best Shoney's strawberry pie recipe that I have come across. It is so easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients.

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pc. pie crust 9-inch deep-dish, baked
- 1 pound strawberries
- 3 tbsp. strawberry jello
Combine granulated sugar and water in a pan, and then add the cornstarch.
Bring to a boil. Stir well.
Once the mixture has thickened, lower the heat and add strawberry jello.
Stir until jello dissolves.
Remove from the heat and let it cool.
Arrange the strawberries on a pie shell.
Pour the jello mixture over the strawberries.
Chill for at least two hours.
- The sugar — Shoney’s strawberry pie is sweet as it is, but it wouldn’t cut it for everyone. If that’s the case with you, use more sugar.
- The heat — Don’t just slice your strawberry pie while it’s still fresh out of the oven. Let it cool before serving.
