Romantic Blackstone Tortellini Recipe for Valentine's Day

Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside
Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium heat, and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers to the griddle. Cook until tender.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
Add the tortellini. Cook for a few minutes, until the pasta has soaked up the flavors.
Pour the pasta sauce over, and toss to coat.
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on top of the dish.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper before serving.
